I’ve been looking for what I thought was a typical and easy to find dress but I cannot seem to find one that I like anywhere! I would like to find a strapless, preferably sweetheart neckline, mini dress with some lace going down the sides that would show some skin. If you have any idea where I could find a dress like that please let me know!!

Wow I have 2 Betsey Johnson tops that pretty much fit this description exactly but sadly no dresses. I searched around the web and came back empty handed. So, I would recommending finding a really cool strapless black dress (that’s easy), picking up some lace at fabric store (I like G-Street for great fabrics), and heading to a great tailor — you will have your perfect dress in a matter of days. I’m going to a BBQ for a friends birthday I am wearing a canary yellow dress. I’m usually one to wear all black so this is big for me. What color shoes would you suggest, I was thinking strappy gold, but I’m not sure. Attached is a picture of the dress. I hope you can help me out.

Since you are going to a BBQ I suggest going with something a little more natural than strappy gold sandals. There is no need to look like you are going out to dinner when you are really just downing hot dogs, ya know?

I would go with some fun wedges or espadrilles like these …

These are Betsey Johnson shoes are a must! 4 1/2 inch heel. Cool cut-out on the heel. Adorable Mary Jane style strap. I can’t stand how much I love these.

I actually saw these at DSW last week for a little over $100 and something tells me that they will be in the clearance section soon. These would look great with your dress (there is another colorway that will match your yellow dress).

If wedges aren’t your thing then I would go with these by Stella McCartney. The 5 inch heel is totally sexy, ankle strap will keep you nice and secure during your spring/summer BBQ antics. The colors will match everything too.

Oh and did I mention that they are on sale at Intermix? There is pair left in my size. I might have to workout the old AMEX once again.

I’ve been hunting for the the sweater vest, that Chuck Bass wore in the season finale. Over the yellow dress shirt. While he is in his suite with Lydia Hearst-Shaw. Do you know where I can find one like it, or where I can find the exact thing?

I was wondering if you could help me track down a bracelet seen on the season finale of Gossip Girl. The bracelet I am looking for was worn by Serena towards the end of the show during a conversation with Blair while she is packing.

The bracelet is basically a very thin thread or chain with a small charm attached … Serena is actually wearing two during the scene. It’s not very helpful, but this is the best picture I could find of it.

Well I can’t see a thing so I am just going to straight guess on this one. My first instinct says it a Hamsa bracelet — most likely in tan because I can’t envision Serena in red. Maybe it’s the Ettika Wishbone Bracelet ($50). Or it could be the Wrap Around Charm Bracelet ($40). It could even be a necklace by Dogeared, styled to be a bracelet.

As you can see, I am guessing. Anyone out there know the bracelet that Serena is wearing?

On July 24’s So You Think You Can Dance Cat Deeley wore a really pretty white Grecian dress. It was knee-length and had an asymmetrical over one shoulder sheer fabric, but was mainly a strapless dress. There was also a leafy detail on the waist. I’ve enclosed a picture, its not very good but if you could help me out in finding it that would be great.

I couldn’t find the exact dress but I did find a great alternative, just add a pin to the waist line and you are good to go!

I love the color combination because it makes for the perfect tranisiton accessories for fall to winter. The burgundy is fall appropriate and the pink is perfect for summer.
