I’ve been looking for a nice watch for a while now and I was wondering, do you have any suggestions for really cute watches at an affordable price???

I have been toying around with the idea of getting myself a watch too. I actually found a bunch of cute ones for around $60 at Nordstrom Rack (they even had the Betsey Johnson one that is on my list below.) So if you are nearby a Nordstrom Rack, I suggest trying there first.

I also thought it would be fun to compile a list of my favorite watches. This list has all different styles and prices ranging from $20-$350 (everyone’s version of an affordable watch is different considering some people spend thousands on a watch.)

Can you recommend any websites for moderately-priced vintage gold jewelry? More specifically, I’m looking for vintage signet rings, and gold bracelets.

I find that Etsy is a nice spot to find vintage products at a great price. I will never forget that mink stole that I got for $40, perfect condition and beautiful too!

The site Verde Rocks has tons of pieces that are made from vintage jewelry. The prices are fair and there are some really rad pieces too.

One of my favorite online vintage shops is Nasty Gal. They don’t have a ton of jewelry but when they do have pieces, they are super-cool.

I also find this list of online vintage shops and sellers incredibly useful. Hope you can find it useful too.

I have been watching the Lipstick Jungle series on DVD and I absolutely love the wardrobe for Victory (Lindsey Price). In the Lyin, the Bitch, & the Wardrobe do you know the designer of that amazing white coat with the Bird on the shoulder and a bow on the back of the coat? Where could I find something like this?

Also, her bug ring she had on in another episode…it was either a bee or dragonfly?

Without some pictures I can’t really give you an accurate answer but I will do my best based on description. Also keep in mind that since the show is older, the pieces you are looking for are likely sold out.

Coat: For an off the rack version of what you described, I found this tree print jacquard coat by Mcginn. It has the white, it has the bow, and a little touch of nature. It is on sale for $341 at Revolve.

Or you can go more DIY and get a white coat with a bow, like this one from A.B.S and some pretty nature inspired appliques from a trim or fabric store. Personally, I think DIY is more fun and its pretty simple too.

Ring: Bee rings are pretty hot right now, so you shouldn’t have too much trouble finding one. Kenneth Jay Lane makes some good ones (he makes a bee ring and a dragonfly, actually.) There are also some cute ones at Tiffy & Co. too … if you have Tiffany money that is.

I am looking for a very elegant but sexy backless dress and was wondering if you knew of any online websites that I could look at to find one, but I don’t have a lot of money to spend.

Also I love the dress that Lauren Messiah is wearing in the photo on thisnext.com the black backless with the bow in the front, although its not what I’m looking for were could I get one of those as well?

Well … I will answer your second question first because that’s the easy one 😉 I am Lauren Messiah and what I am wearing in that photo is actually a bow front, strapless top from Betsey Johnson. The top is about a year old, but you can get a similar one at Charlotte Russe for $23 or this one from Nanette Lepore for $124.

Now, onto the dress. I really like the Eda Backless Dress by Markus Lupfer. It is on sale for $124 and even has a bow! Another option is the Boulee Backless Dress, which is on sale for $135 at Revolve Clothing.com

I own a pair of bright salmon colored shorts that I love, the only problem is I can’t seem to find many different outfits for them. I wear them with a white shirt often but I would really like some more options. I don’t wear tight shirts and I like to be “casual cute.” Do you have any suggestions on what shirts would like good with my shorts?

Also if I were to buy more colorful shorts what colors would you suggest?

Salmon colored shorts. Innnnteresting but totally doable. I was totally inspired by this look from Marc by Marc Jacobs. I think pairing salmon with navy and playing up the orange hue with a brighter shade of orange is genius.

I also styled up this little look for you. I paired the shorts with a plaid top, which can grab whatever shade of salmon shorts that you have. Balance out the look with a navy cardigan and add some fun accessories. Bam, bam … You’ve got yourself a stylish and casual outfit.

As for other shorts. Of course, buy what you love but right now I am loving shorts in: navy, plaid, and floral prints.

What is your opinion of the Longchamp Tote? Originally, I thought it was too plain and I didn’t like how so many people seem to have one. But I guess after seeing it so often, it started growing on me. I like large, simple bags, that can go with most everyday outfits. They are somewhat pricey for a casual tote, so I thought I’d ask what your thoughts were on it before making the splurge.

I dig the bag. Its not me and I probably wouldn’t ever carry one but its classic — it works.

For me when it comes to a classic tote, I prefer the LL Bean tote. Its a little more casual, but for me it does the job and for dirt cheap.

I am going to a wedding at the end of July, it’s a summer wedding and will be pretty casual. I LOVE dresses (and skirts!), something about showing off the feminine side makes me happy, especially in a town where most females refuse to wear dresses… but I am rambling.

I will be 4 months pregnant this is my 2nd child and I am ridiculously short waisted so I will be noticeably pregnant. I am 21, blond hair, blue eyes, 5ft3, about 130lbs which sounds like a lot but I actually only have 22% body fat, so it suits me. I am pre-pregnancy a size 27 or size 4/5. I can’t do dresses below the knee as they make me look even shorter 🙁

I hope that’s enough information for you to help me find something to wear to look stunning and to flatter me, the whole ensemble please! (Oh! And it doesn’t need to be maternity as I won’t be “that big” yet/ and price under 500$ please :))

Oh that was plenty of information, the perfect amount actually. I think you should wear a cute little A shaped dress with cute sparkly shoes and killer accessories. Here is what I am thinking for you. Oh and if they are too long, don’t be afraid to hit up the tailor for a quickie hem.

I chose a beautiful 3.1 Philip Lim dress that is on sale $238 (originally $595.) The dress is navy, which isn’t that summery but when paired with a bright yellow clutch … you are so perfect for a summer wedding. I would give your hair that awesome 60s mod look with a wide headband. I also added a pair of jeweled flats because I don’t know how comfortable you are in heels while being pregnant.
