We have all come to terms with it, figured out a way to incorporate it into our regular everyday lives; no matter how hard it is. I am talking about leggings. It was only months ago that we all scoffed at them, vowed we would not wear them- now they are the norm. The silhoutte is skinny now (whether you like it or not).

But with every trend, there is some moron that takes it all too far. Case in point…these damn leggings. Someone please explain to me what the crap has happened here…Anyone. Please.

More fun with bracelets…Saw this one at Shop Intuition, and the thing is I know I can make this. Question is will I? Most likely not. When I set out to make a little craft I typically spend way too much money at the craft store and never end up making it. However, the $75 price tag on this sure makes me want to try.

Most of you know I am in the process of moving all the way across the country to Los Angeles. Let me re-emphasize the fact that LA scares the hell out me. It wierd and odd, but I am sure (and people are constantly telling me) I will be singing a different tune once I get settled.

Well I just signed a lease today- so I have no choice but to like it! I will tell you what I do like; my new neighborhood. I am going to be living off Melrose the greatest shopping destination in town!!!!!! My neighors- Marc Jacobs, Fred Segal, Ron Herman, Lotta Stenson, Betsey Johnson…just to name a few.

So look forward to LA blogging- it will be a whole new ball game.

Was it my widescreen tv or were the formally smokin’ stars looking a little FAT at Thursday’s VMA’s. Good golly it was hideous city. Stars make all that money for their trainers and nutritionist…use them damn it USE THEM. Before you pull out the rotten tomatoes to throw at me, I am not the only person who feels this way. Check out The Buffoonery for some snappy opinions.

The person I am disappointed in the most…Jessica Simpson. She looks like a flaming stack of crap. Lay off the twinkies honey ( by the way I called this the months ago, I knew she would pull a Spears)

Yesterday I had a horrible day. Enough stress for a room full of people. What is a girl to do? Shop! That was the only thing I could think of to cheer me up. So I drove over to Nordstrom for a little retail therapy. Here is what I came home with for around $100 (including $20 Nordstrom Notes).

Light Weight Jacket $38. I bought this one size up so it would be a little boxier (to wear with skinny jeans) The picture makes this jacket look a lot bluer that it really is, its more black based. I plan on wearing it with my Sass & Bide black jeans and a black tank.
Ed Hardy Tank $48 (on sale 🙂 I love Ed Hardy right now and this tank is adorable. Its a bit longer on me (b/c I am not a tall model) But its still cute- in fact its cuter.

I also got a really cute black slouchy V neck top by Shine for $33 (originally $68)

Not a bad shopping day.
