Gucci- My dream bag

La Pulga Diva asked me where she could find a snakeskin bracelet similar to the one I picked up at my vintage store. I suggested ebay- which has some cute ones. Then I found this one at Kitson- check it. www.shopkitson.com they are $58.

Having a craptacular night. My ear is in such pain it feels like it is ready to remove itself from my head- not good. But as I surf the net and watch Law & Order I find one little piece of joy to make me feel better.


Remember when I was searching for a knock off of the Nicole Richie bracelet?? Well I think this one is even cooler- you can get it with skulls ($70) or without for $55 at http://www.blondette.com/. Score one for the Kitty.

And no one gets hurt. I have to have this adorable babydoll dress from Intermix (which also comes in Navy and Brown). Oh the things I could do with this piece of heaven… Intermix tells us we can wear now AND later; well then I must buy it.

Thrown on a t-shirt underneath, a turtleneck, any ole long sleeve shirt. Or add some (gulp) leggings (their suggestion- not mine). Personally I would throw on a black ribbed tank under it and leave it at that.

Shoes, hmmm…. There is plenty of time to think of those. Any suggestions out there?

I am really getting into bracelets these days. Which can be a total pain if they have a clasp (impossible to fasten alone). I picked up some cool thin bangles at good old Target for a cool $3 and stopped by my vintage store and spent a whopping $12 on a gold and black snakeskin covered bracelet with 3 “diamonds”. Now I am hooked- I want more. Gone are the days of 1,000’s of plastic raver bracelets ( I went through that fashion phase once upon a time). Gone are the days of big clunky bangles too (but I am sure they will be back). Now is time for an eclectic collection of bracelets. –

Its about time. I have always been a Betsey Johnson fan, heck I was a Betsey Girl; I worked at the store and was even in a Betsey fashion show. However, I have always been less of a fan of the website. Instead of using people as models, it was this freaky looking drag queen mannequin and the clothes on the site were slim pickings (the stores and dept. stores always had more stuff).

There is only one type of baby that I enjoy. I am not talking about those drooley, smelly, wired looking small humans- I am talking babydoll dresses. What’s not to like. You look adorably cute, hides any stomach imperfections you may be suffering from, makes your rack look nice, and often your legs. My favorite online shopping destination, www.shopbop.com, has added 800 items to their sale page. It will take me some time to page through all of the goodies, but after only a few clicks I have already found some must haves.

Johnson shorts for $154. That is a deal folks- I am racking up on these. There is still time left in the summer AND you can wear them in the fall with tights or (gasp) leggings.

Foley + Corinna Butterfly dress for $194. I will beat you over the head with it, you can never have too many black dresses, plus look at it. Sex-pot city. So cute.
