I came across Kendra Wilkinson wearing this dress and I completely fell in love! I have NO idea who makes the dress, and you were the first person who popped into mind as the only person who can help me identify this dress.

I heart Kendra and that is one stunning dress. I didn’t find the exact one but I did find a pretty nice alternative at a pretty nice price from ASOS, it’s by French Connection. The color, the cut, and the belt are super-similar. The fabrication is a little different but to me this look for less is much more versatile. Also, hunt around ASOS because there are a lot of one shoulder dresses on there that might interest you.
