Fall Weather Workout Gear to Grab This Month

It’s 102 degrees in LA right now and I am so over it. I like warm weather as much as the next girl but 102? Multiple days in a row? In September? You’ve got to be kidding me. Well I can’t change the weather but I have started to change over my wardrobe in hopes that the weather will get the hint.

I’ve started obsessively collecting for my regular wardrobe (more on that later) but I’ve also made the switch in my fitness closet as well.

Mama’s Got a New Pair of Shoes

Out of all of my adidas sneakers, the Boost 2.0 are my hands down favorites. They are insanely comfortable (like, next level comfort) and super-stylish. I have them in pink and I have them in black – you’d think that would be enough. It totally was until the white pair came out! They are so fresh and clean! The adidas white Boost 2.0 are perfection in an athletic shoe.

Hoodie Weather (almost)

A hoodie is the perfect piece to pull together your fitness look. Sure, you probably won’t end up working out in it (unless you are working out outdoors) but it’s a great piece to throw on pre and post workout. Loving the ultimate hoodie from adidas because it comes in my favorite print, stripes! It also gets mad bonus point for being really soft and for the handy thumb holes (aka the perfect substitute for wearing gloves).

The Staples

Just because you are changing over your workout gear to reflect the new season, doesn’t mean you have to get rid of all of your old stuff. My techfit staples take my through the entire year. The techfit long tights are a must, as are my techfit bras. Both pieces give me support in areas that count during a workout – if you know what I’m sayin’.
