Want to know how to get a booty that won’t quit? I’m not going to say I’m the booty whisperer or anything like that but according to the masses, this baby does have back! A lot of it probably genetic but I also do a variety of workouts that help keep things shapely and lifted. Not to mention all the fashion tips and tricks I keep in my perfect booty arsenal.
I’m going to share with you the things that work for me and the fitness fashion choices I make to best show off my assets.
What better way to workout than jumping up and down? Bring out your inner child (or your inner cheerleader) with a rebounder. A rebounder is slightly different than a trampoline- there aren’t any squeaky springs to contend with. A love going on YouTube and finding free videos to workout to or sometimes I just bring it along with me to the park to jump around outside.
Keep a constant eye on your progress with a fitted garments like leggings and tights. The Performer Tight from adidas are my new jam as they keep everything tight and lifted. Seeing your backside in the best possible light help keep you motivated for those extra reps. Oh and how good this print? This particular pair of leggings have been in heavy rotation ever since I added them to my collection.
PS- Don’t forget to workout your upper body too. Gotta balance that booty with nice strong arms.
Y’all know I love me some Pilates! I go to Pilates at least 4 times a week and workout on the reformer. Nothing tightens and tones me better. This video has some great techniques to get your backside in perfect shape.
