How to Go from Ho Hum to Hot Hot

Last week I shared with you all my desire to unleash my inner hottie. I wanted to see if I could go from K.Stew to Kim K. from the inside out by getting my booty back into S Factor in an effort to regain my self-confidence.

I am happy to report that after only a few swings on the pole (or a few classes, who’s counting) I am starting to feel a teensy bit zestier, which made it much easier for me to slip on this Clover Canyon dress for a photoshoot I had last week. I let down my hair, got silly, and tried my best not to blush/ throw on an overcoat every time someone complimented me on my figure.

But let me back up.

For those of you who haven’t heard of S Factor, it is a pole dancing class here in Los Angeles and in New York City. This class isn’t about being a stripper. It’s about feeling free and leaving your insecurities at the door. The added bonus is, of course, a super hot-bod but who really goes there for that (oh, wait) … The class is a 2-hour butt-kicker. You will feel stronger and sexier after just one session.

I believe that feeling your best is absolutely key to looking your best. Whether you are size 2 or a size 20 you can’t look amazing without feeling amazing. How hot can you look if you are filled with doubt and sitting with your back all hunched? Not very.

My goal isn’t to wear mini dresses everyday (or every month) but I do want to challenge myself to feel like I’m always wearing a mini skirt by continuing my journey to my inner hot girl.
