Spring has officially sprung and when the season changes I tend to change too. Whether it’s through cleaning out the old to make room for the new or purchasing a new spring wardrobe – something changes.
This season I am changing from the inside out, all while adding a little bit of zest into my life. Let me explain …
When it comes to fashion I consider myself more of a rock n roll tomboy than a saucy and sexy fashionista. I live for my leather motorcycle jacket, button up shirts, leather pants, and my Isabel Marant sneakers. I have a few body-con dresses but I’d much rather rock Givenchy than Herve Leger. Know what I’m saying?
I am challenging myself to get my sexy on. Yeah, that right – it’s sexy time, mama.
My challenge isn’t going to begin with a trip to Barneys (although that would be really nice). It’s going to start at S Factor. I took classes at S Factor years ago but took a 5-year break for no apparent reason. I forgot how confident that class made me feel, how it unleashed a totally different side of my personality.
So this time around I am returning to class to see if how I feel on the inside will effect how I dress on the outside. Not that my taste is going to change due to a new workout routine but I am wondering if I will feel more confident wearing my sexier garments. Because right now I feel more K.Stew than Kim K.
Can I go from Kristen Stewart (mini dresses paired with Converse) to Kim Kardashian (full on sexy without a care in the world) just by igniting my inner girl power at S Factor?
Guess you’ll have to wait and find out! I’ve just finished class 1. I’ll give you an update next week after class 2.
PS- No desires to look like Kim K. It was merely a convenient comparison.
