“Florals for spring? Groundbreaking.” – The Devil Wears Prada
Sure floral prints and spring usually go hand-in-hand but this particular spring designers have upped their floral game. Florals on florals, all-over floral ensembles, and florals in every color combination imaginable.
I’m typically not the flowery type but there are a few aspects of this trend that are really getting my juices flowing. For example, I loved what Moschino did with their floral prints for spring ’13 – they kept them so organized that they almost took on a polka dot form. Jason Wu kept it classy with black, white, and gray floral prints – I can always get down with that.
Of course you don’t have to head to the runway to get in on this trend because Target’s got you covered.
PS- How good is that backpack? Makes me want to go back to school just to rock it.
