Falling for Fall Trends on eBay

Last month I posted a few behind the scenes photos from a fun video shoot I did with Glam and eBay. Well I am excited to say that the final video is ready to  share. Woo hoo!

In this video I am discussing two of my favorite trends for Fall 2012 – goth and gold. My challenge was to create two LA inspired looks for fall using clothing that I found on eBay. Pretty amazing, huh? Every look in the video (including my own) is from eBay!

Trend #1- Goth

I am huge fan of the goth trend. It takes me back to my “rebellious” high school days when I experimented with a darker look. For Fall 2012 look for black, dark wine colors (aka oxblood, can’t stand that name), leather, lace, and a Victorian twist with ruffles and bows.

Trend #2- Gold

Gold is a huge trend for fall and I love that it can  be worn in so many ways. You can rock it in a runway inspired look by going very luxe with embroidery, metallic threads, and velvets. Or you can tone it down like I did by adding gold into a daytime casual look – very LA.
