Last night I did Fashion’s Night Out … New York Style! I am usually in LA during this shopping extravaganza but this time I happened to be in New York for some fun events with Glam, New York Fashion Week, and Simply Stylist. Let me tell you something … New Yorkers don’t play! This FNO was no joke. Every store had something exciting going on, tons of people everywhere, and of course all of those people looked fabulous.
In spite of my jet lag, I threw on my new favorite dress and headed out. My first stop by New York & Company to support Stacy London and my Style for Hire girls.
Next stop was Bloomingdales … I mostly went in because I needed a calorie re-charge and they are home to Magnolia Bakery. I also enjoyed seeing some amazing new jewelry designers that were showcasing their goodies for that night only.
I walked out of Bloomingdales and realized that Barney’s wasn’t too far away and you know I can’t go to New York without visiting my favorite store in the whole wide world!! Barney’s had the most amazing windows featuring only the best things on the planet – shoes! This one was my personal favorite …
Next up was Bergdorfs. I met a couple of my Glam girls there to see what all the fuss was about. There was a winding line around the store to even get it. I have to say the most exciting part was the outside. How dope is this window display?
Our final shopping destination was Ferragamo for their little soiree. Very glamorous crowd there and the clothes were lovely. Sadly I was too busy drooling over the clothes to snap any pics.
The evening ended with a trip to Mari Vanna, a delicious Russian restaurant in Gramercy. SO good! Seriously, I had no idea that Russian food was that good. They even had vegetarian and vegan options. I have in heaven.
