Behind the Scenes: eBay + Glam Video Shoot

Last week I took a quick trip to New York City to shoot a video campaign for eBay and Glam. My challenge? To style two Fall 2012 runway inspired looks featuring clothing from eBay. I pretty much had the time of my life with this project! I can’t wait to see how the videos turned out (stay tuned, videos coming soon).

Before I arrived in NYC I did all of my styling prep here in LA. I started off by creating mood boards for the two fall trends I was styling looks for – the goth trend and the gilded gold trend. Then I searched on eBay for the perfect garments. What I loved about eBay was the fact that everything I got was brand new!! Like, new-new. The pieces I pulled were by 3.1 Philip Lim, Equipment, Rebecca Taylor, Foley & Corinna, Alice + Olivia, Loeffler Randal, Gianfranco Ferre … just to name a few. Even the outfit I was wearing came from eBay (see the last pic for outfit credits).

Anyways — you’ll learn more about the looks I styled when the videos come out but in the mean time check out these behind the scenes pics …
