Current Obsession: Indian Slippers
My latest obsession came without warning but I’m so glad it arrived. I was walking down the street in New York’s Lower East Side after eating a delicious organic veggie burger when a spotted an interesting store window. It was this wonderful little Indian boutique. They had some beautiful beaded shoes in the window and I thought to myself. “I could rock those!” So I went in and had a try-on fest with the store owner. I wanted every pair but they only had one pair in my size (the red pair pictured above).
What’s great about these shoes is that they are a.) beautiful b.) comfortable and c.) inexpensive. These shoes (with leather soles) were only $35. Hello! Definitely getting another pair next time I’m in New York.
