Jacket Attack

Lately I’ve noticed that I’ve kind of been having a jacket attack. Meaning I’ve been obsessed with jackets. I’ve been buying them up like mad because they are the ultimate completer piece. Wearing a fab jacket is also one of the easiest ways to look effortlessly stylish. How easy is it to throw on a pair of jeans, a tee, hot heels, and a fabulous jacket? So easy!

Being the deal hunter that I am, I recently added some fabulous runway pieces on the cheap to my collection. I can’t wait until the weather cools down so I can start wearing them.

Moschino Coin Purse Jacket

1.) Moschino jacket with coin purse pockets! Definitely excited to pop the tags off of this one. I am going to pair it up with my Helmut Lang light wash skinnies, a white tee, and some Lanvin ballet flats.

Jean Paul Gaultier embroidered jacket

2.) Jean Paul Gaultier embroidered jacket. I’ve worn this one already with leather shorts and my Givenchy tassel heels. The outfit was quite a hit. I’ll probably wear it in a more conservative manner for everyday life though.

Proenza Schouler black white jacket

3.) Proenza Schouler black white jacket. The photo isn’t really doing it justice. This jacket is so fab and warm (its quilted on the inside). I am going to wear this with my black leather pants and a black tee. I’ll top off the look with some showstopping heels.

Chanel sequin lapel jacket

4.) Chanel sequin lapel jacket. The jacket that got away. I found this on super-sale. It fit me perfectly and was so adorable but I left it in the store. Needless to say, I am going back for it. God, I hope it’s still there!!! In the dressing room I wore it with black Marc Jacobs jeggings and a bagging Vince tee. The outfit was so simple but it was perfect. That tends to happen with Chanel.

That’s all the jacket madness for now but you’d better believe I’ll be adding more to my collection. Damn this fashion obsession 😉
