Desperately Seeking Swimwear

When it comes to fashion I am pretty much into everything. Shoes, bags, dresses, and the list goes on … However, there is one area that I’ve totally neglected in my wardrobe. Swimwear.

It’s sad, really. Yesterday I went to the pool and was forced to wear a bathing suit I’ve had since 2003. I didn’t even buy it. My best friend gave it to me because she ordered it online and didn’t want it when it arrived. See I told you it was sad.

Now that it is finally getting hot in LA, I really need to step up my game. What I really want is a Missoni swimsuit but I can’t bring myself to pay full retail for one. So I’ve been keeping my eye on TheOutnet.com to see what they have to offer. Here is what I am thinking about ordering …

Obviously I need a swimsuit before I get a sarong, but isn’t this one adorable?! It has pirate stuff on it. Yay!

Tara Matthews Pirate wrap sarong

I’ve had my eye on this Matthew Williamson suit for a minute. Problem is, it doesn’t match the pirate sarong!

This snake print one ain’t half bad and it could actually work with the pirate piece …

And on a side note … How fabulous are these swimsuits from Net-a-Porter.com. Crazy expensive, crazy beautiful, but not crazy practical for me but just had to share …
