Fall Style Inspiration: Dsquared2
Dsquared2 was one of my favorite Fall 09 runways shows and I can’t wait to translate this runway look into my everyday life for Fall (which is only days away.) I plan on mixing plaids with leather, chunky knits with elegant dresses, and sweat pants with heels.
Yep, I said sweat pants and heels.
Actually the other day when I was at Target looking for more of my favorite tissue weight tank tops by Mossimo (all sold out, btw), I stumbled across sweat pants for $6.49. I thought it would be really cool if I chopped off the bottoms and dressed them up with heels and a leather motorcycle jacket … that reminded me of the Dsquared2 show, which inspired this post.
Anyways, the pants look great and I can’t wait to bust out these looks come fall. Here are some pieces that I will be incorporating into my look …

The picture at the top. The one with the cute mini dress, boots, scarf, and brown leather jacket? Very cute outfit. But how practical is that? Won’t legs be cold? Everything else is for cool weather, but bare legs? How does that work?
I disagree with Beatriz. That particular look was my fave from that collection. I’ll definitely be using that look for inspiration.
