A- The secret to wearing sequin leggings without looking too 80s is to go with something very “day” on top. What you don’t want is to wear some silky/ shiny mess on top or something too lacey on top. Doing something like that will certainly make it look like you just walked out of your time machine. What you want to do is to put something a little more casual on top to balance things out. I love the idea of a loose fitting tee shirt and a boyfriend blazer. Or an oversized and fashion forward (modern) sweatshirt. Don’t forget about the shoes either, nothing too bright or crazy — a sexy pair of pumps will do the trick just fine.
