Dear Fashion Kitty, F21 Skirt Help

I’m in love with this pair of skirt (cocoa) from F21 and thinking if I should get it because firstly I’ve got fair skin and secondly I’m not sure what to pair this with. Could you provide some tips on how to make it work?

The color of the skirt looks dark enough to me for even the fairest of skin tones to rock. I say go for it. The shape of this skirt is great, leaves room for lots of options. For colder weather, (which is pretty much done with) I would go with black opaque tights and a short sleeved black turtle neck. Add some tall boots and you will have a professional/ mod look.
