Dear Fashion Kitty, Tights Help!

I’d like to wear the attached dress, from Forever 21, to an outdoor late-afternoon wedding in San Francisco. Because SFO can be COLD in the spring, I’d really like to wear tights. Is there any way to do that with this dress? What color? With what kind of shoes?

You can wear tights with that dress if you think you are going to be cold. I would wear black tights and black shoes for a streamlined and clean look. I would pull out some of the other colors in the dress through the accessories so the look isn’t too heavy. I would do a white clutch and blue earrings if I were you. Something like this …
