Dear Fashion Kitty, Purple Tights

So I bought these great purple tights I saw on Gossip Girl a while ago, and I was just curious what i should wear with them. Any suggestions?

Purple is a little different than most colorful tights, as you can’t always rely on black as a fall back outfit (depending on how dark the purple is.) I would wear them with a floral, plaid, or patterned dress that has a bit of purple in it. I also really like gray and purple together, its a really “in” color combination too.

Here is a look for evening. For a more casual look you may want to try a gray shirt dress with boots, that would be really cute too.
