So over the last couple years my body has completely changed. I don’t know what pieces compliment my body best. I was a college athlete. I played soccer my whole life, worked out 3 hours a day minimum.
Now that I am in the real world, I haven’t found time to work out nearly as much. I went from an average B cup wearing a size 0 to a Double DD size 4-6. The only thing that hasn’t changed is my height. A whopping 5’1″ and I have always had a decent sized booty. So the typical categories in all the magazines seem to contradict each other when it comes to me. I feel like everything that I used to be able to pull off makes me feel so much bigger. It could be just my chest makes me feel big….any way any advice?
That is quite a change. Sounds like you are a petite hourglass to me. You are still a small girl but it seems like your booty and boobs have decide they wanted to upgrade themselves. You need to achieve a sense balance when dressing yourself in the morning. You need to de-emphasize your bust, streamline the booty, and make yourself look a little taller. A few simple tricks will have you feeling more confident in no time.
Tips for your body type:
– Trouser jeans for elongating your legs and balancing out the booty.
– A pointy toe pump or a loafer (with an extended toe) works great with pants and jeans for a slimming look.
– Find tops and sweaters that draw attention to your tiny waist to make you look smaller.
– If you want to show off your bigger bust, make sure you do it in a tasteful way (no plunging necklines, or tiny spaghetti strap.)
