Alternative and Matt Sohl at Fred Segal

I breezed through the Alternative/ Matt Sohl party at Fred Segal in Santa Monica yesterday because a.) it was walking distance from my office b.) I wanted to see if Matt Sohl could make plain clothing more interesting and c.) there were going to be cupcakes.

I can’t say that the party was that exciting. Why? Well, there weren’t enough Matt Sohl painted pieces to look at and, uh, I can’t eat cupcakes (I am 2 lbs away from my goal weight).

I did really like the burnout tees and the deep v-neck tee shirts that Alternative had to offer. They were stylish and didn’t cost a lot. Check them out at Alternative Apparel.com.
