Gray is the new …

I will not say it. I won’t say gray is the new black. Dammit, I just did.

As cliche as it is to say such a phrase at this point in fashion its almost necessary. In every single runway show I went to this past year it has been a sea of gray. I wish I had an explanation … it’s not slimming like black is. It’s more cozy than it is chic. It’s not black. It’s not white — but apparently it’s fabulous. I actually don’t have a lot of gray in my wardrobe, one maybe two pieces but I have a feeling that is all going to change very soon.
