A few months ago I blogged about my fitness initiative… I was using Allure.com to track my food intake, got my act together and started to work out 1-2 times a day and its been paying off. I am sure most, if not ALL of you fell of the wagon this holiday season. Lets just say I put myself into a serious food coma, thanks to my mom’s pumpkin cake, mom’s cookies and my best friend’s mother’s DELICIOUS food! I wasn’t holding back, I only get that sort of treatment once a year so it was well worth it.
Now I am back in LA and back on the fitness train. I have decided to sign up for a class I have always wanted to take- S Factor. Yeah that’s right…The stripper class. It never hurts to have a little fun with working out and upping sex appeal is always a good thing. Saturday will be my first class, so wish me luck! With every new fitness endeavor equals new fitness clothes. Time to go shopping!

I always wanted to take one of these classes, but I don’t think they have any in DC. Good luck 😀 !
That would be so much fun. I would totally try that is they had it close to home…or pole dancing. As it is, I am in Belly Dancing which is a lot of fun too…
It’s wired that people pay money to eat and pay money to burn the fat they put on. Why not watch your health upfront and do something that doesn’t cost a penny such as walk?
I have been a Yoga fan myself for a while and I only do the easy ones. It gives me good sleep and keep me in shape… that’s all I ask.
Sometimes… I guess… it’s not about losing weight or keep yourself in shape, it’s about the new things that’s in and everyone want to give a try.
Anyway… sorry for all the “bullshit” I put on here…
Happy New Year!
xoxo,
Anne
I walk and do yoga as well, but sometimes its fun to spice it up to keep up with your workout. This is just a crazy thing I have always wanted to to do, so I don’t shelling out the cash. As for food– Love it. Will totally pay for it.
