Q- I’m going to Vegas in two weeks and I have no idea what I should wear to the clubs. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
A- I wish I had some really awesome advice for you but my advice is actually quite simple … wear whatever you want, seriously. Las Vegas actually cracks me up because it’s so freaking trashy. I remember the first time I went to Las Vegas. I went there with the idea that it was really glamorous. You know rich and beautiful people hanging around the casino, sipping martinis, and smoking cigarettes. The reality is, Las Vegas is full of people in sweats, drinking cheap booze out of plastic cups, while smoking cigarettes. It’s actually pretty foul.
When it comes to going out, I’ve observed that the attire is quite mixed in Las Vegas. I did a little people watching while I was in Las Vegas for a job on New Years. The attire varied. You had your typical jersey tunics worn as dresses, over the top slutty sequin dresses, and then you had people in jeans and halter tops.
Just wear whatever you would wear to the clubs in your hometown. If you feel like going all “Vegas” on them, throw on some sequins and call it a day.
