More on Finding the Perfect Leather Jacket

Q- I just read your Fall Fashion Must Have: Leather Jacket and I have been really, really wanting a leather jacket. What color leather jacket is better, brown or black? And what style is best for just a casual day?

A-Black is the color to go for. I have a harder time wearing my brown leather jacket, but I never have a problem with the black. I would say for everyday wear, a bomber jacket or a motorcycle would do the trick. Something with minimal hardware. You will know its “the one” when you try it on.
