Q- What would I wear this blouse without wearing too much black? I usually wear it with my black high-waisted pencil skirt but I always seem to look like I am going to the office or like I’m going to a funeral. I’m not too much of a fan of pants as I have horrible thighs. I love Blair Waldorf’s style on Gossip Girl.
A- Cute blouse. Like, really cute. Lucky for you, its black and white so you can pretty much wear anything on the bottom. I really Blaired it out for you with some fun mini skirts, bright tights, and Mary Janes. I also put a sprinkle of edge in one of the outfits because that’s just how I do it

Clearly you can swap out the skirt and tights with different colors. Since the top is so neutral, basically any combination would work.
