The fall 2009, the color palette has two sides … 1.) Safe, warm, and autumn-like and and 2.) Wild, in your face, and shocking.

I obviously opted to alert the masses on the wilder side with another fall 2009 fashion trend that I am calling “Rainbow Brights and Neon Lights.” This trend is perfect if you are little bit daring, fashion forward, edgy, and not afraid to draw attention to yourself.
